Khmer cinematography greatly needs serious education from great motion picture industries around the world in modern time such as Hollywood in USA.
Khmer young and gifted intellectuals who are interested in this field should be sought and sent abroad, with full grant from the government, to acquire this knowledge of genuine art of cinematography. This would be one essential step in the right direction in assisting and improving Khmer life.
Motion picture is a live art that can be one effective tool to shape and mold Khmer young mind as it may have great influence by what is in the film - the ideas. Move.
