totally agree with 10:02am. All these ignorant people are quick to blame everything on Hun Sen. While they're at it....blame him for the droubt as well.ahhahhaha Sounds like they worship him instead, to put him high up there....because he controls everything that happens to all of us.ahhahahhahah
