LOK UON IM, Where is your boss LY DIEP ? I over heard LY DIEP is a new peron name UON SIM ! I is that true
The Khmers are hopeless when it comes to unity and willingness to work truly for the sake of their country.
From one leader to the next it is always me first then Cambodia. If you really want to work for Cambodia, as a leader, you should resign after 2 terms of being a prime minister even though the law allows you to stay there forever!
Let somebody else with a new and different ideas come in and help build the country. You are not the only person who can do it!
The Khmers in the security forces should be ashamed of themselves because most of them are poor and yet they continue to serve deligently for the regime that is responsible totally for their poverty!
The Khmer leaders are always willing to serve the interests of their neighbours as long as they can maintain their power through the help of the neighbours. If one rises up to challenge their neighbours, Pen Sovan's case is an example, many others will rise up to offer themselves as alternative servant to serve the neighbours.
History repeats itself. Look at the case of King Norodom and Sisowat and other in history.
Is Cambodia doomed the same way as Champa even in the 21st century when territorial boundaries of nations are internationally recognized?
The Khmers can blame and hate their neighbours all they want; the fact remains that they are also facilitating the disappearance of their once-great and beautiful country.
It is sad, but certainly true that the Khmers cannot seem to work together for the prosperity of their nation. It always seems that every leader the country has always loves themselves first and the country last.

Oun Sim you are absolutely right on krayau khmer or khmer mentalities.
Very good with your analyze, too long to wait and see your writing styles.
May God bless you and Cambodia!
This op-ed hits the nail right on the head.
Will the Khmers wake up before it's too late? I am still hopeful.
In order to correct this situation I'd like to offer a few easy steps to implement:
1) Stop enrolling in Royal Ballet dancing School
2) Stop enrolling in Buddhist University
3) Enroll in various Engineering schools if available in Cambodia. These are things of the Future that will enable us to compete on the international stage.
7:50 AM,
You can't just enroll in engineering school when you don't have talent for sciences, especially mathematics!
After graduating from engineering school, what should we do next when there is no engineering jobs in Cambodia? Join CPP and become somebody?
People know what to study according to their talents and job market!
Athabod nis kur te pynol dol ptol dai lok Hun Sen ban main prayoch.
I wish i can hand deliver this message to Mr. Hun Sen! He need to hear the truth. That man can't handle truth.. What is his e-mail? I want to send everyone of these new analysis and insight into his betrayal of the Khmer nation to him. The national assembly website of Cambodia for opinion filters out comment, I have posted numerous times there and none of my opinion ever get posted on the comment section..
It is about time I send these things directly to Hun Sen. Mr. Hun Sen, if you can't handle the truth step down, otherwise come out and find me and the rest of Khmer who disagree with me.
