We Khmer will not accept the Khmer King or the member of the Khmer Royal family to pay the visit Vietnam.

Sihamoney is a Vietnamese offspring. His biological Mother Monique is the Vietnamese born in Cambodia. His mother Monique had an Affair with the Vietminh before she took Sihanouk and She did gave birth to Sihamoney whose named by Sihanouk to be related to Royal' blood.
So, please do not hope or depend on this yuon installed King to work for the khmer sake. This yuon installed King is possible has more yuon blood than Franch+Italian blood in his body.
