Cambodia creates best conditions for Vietnamese businesses [ ... thanks to Ong Xadat Hoon Xhen!]

VOV News/VNA (Hanoi)

The Cambodian parliament, government and people welcome and support Vietnamese businesses and investors to the country, said Secretary General of the Cambodian National Assembly Leng Peng Long.

Leng Peng Long, who is leading a delegation of the Cambodian NA Secretariat on a current working visit to Vietnam, made the affirmation while meeting with Vice Chairman of the Vietnam National Assembly Uong Chu Luu in Hanoi on June 17.

He said his visit is aimed at studying experiences from the Vietnam National Assembly in applying information technology and the organisation of the General Assembly of ASEAN Inter-parliamentary Assembly (AIPA), Mr Long said.

He thanked the Vietnamese State and people for helping Cambodian people escape from the Pol Pot genocide in the past and in national construction and development at present.

Vice Chairman Luu expressed his pleasure at the fine development of relations between the two parliaments in recent years, saying the two sides have regularly exchanged delegates and boosted cooperation within both bilateral and multilateral frameworks. He hoped that both legislatures would continue to well implement signed agreements and asked the Cambodian NA to actively contribute and cooperate with the Vietnamese NA as Chair of the AIPA 31.

The Cambodian delegation began its five-day visit on June 16.

Very intelligent in keeping dominating one country (as their former installed government), Vietnam has to ensure that the legislation and the process of democracy in Cambodia is under their plan.

How could Cambodian NA and Vietnam NA exchange each other in both bilateral and multi-lateral frameworks when these two countries have very two different governance styles and the proceeds of law-makers? - As we know, Cambodia is built on the pluralism and constitution of the democratic foundation, but VN is totally based on polikburo style (polikburo don't build its NA by the election of the people but by the nomination among their cronies and patrons).

So Leng Peng Long will copy from that NA style?

But if you keep close eyes to the narration of this news-writer, it is surely convincing us the conversation between a superior and inferior, or a dominant state with a sub-state. The editor might exaggerate the news especially the speech of Leng Peng Long in order to speed up its mission to totally take over their former installed government; or it is the mission of Leng Peng Long to actively accomplish on behalf as a special envoy of the dominant state of VN - we cannot surely know both, but we know that the conversation in this news is surely verifying the speech between a dominant state and a sub-state.

Many Cambodian government spokeman and dignitaries have displayed their outspoken speech and wisdom, but in reality they are just the monkeys jumping on the stage. Whenever, the stage has been wrapped up, the monkeys will be useless and sliced for a dinner soup.

We, Khmers are not shaken by the repeating news of Vietnamese communist, but we clearly see the treatment between a dominate state and the sub-state. This will gigantically proven the additional proof to the world.

Regards,

KY

ALL Foreigners included the Vietnamese ONLY do the Business which the Cambodians are disabled to do.

Is it so hard to understand why People from other countries are looking down on Cambodia and say:

These Khmer cannot produce things by their own since nearly 20 Years. Khmer begging always for money from other countries and still have to buy many things from Vietnam and Thailand.

Why the cannot produce things by themself?
Why they cannot run a good Business in Cambodia?
Why some Chinese just come with 600$ to Cambodia, start a Business and become rich.
Why the Khmers cannot do this?

Yes, there are a few, VERY few Khmers which can do this but more than 98% are disabled to do.

Now Vietnamese do this Business which they cannot do and they start to complain.

Can you imagine the bad Reputation this give to all Khmer People in the World?

The most uneducated Foreigners in USA are???
Yes Khmer People!

Do a good Business in your own country and there is no need to complain about foreigners which only do their job, Khmer disabled to do.

Got the Point????

Base on my experience in doing the business especially in United states and the observation of rule of laws and regulations is a must! But in Cambodia the observation of rule of laws and the regulations are not important because doing business in Cambodia depend on who you know! Now if AH HUN SEN government is a Vietcong puppet which the Vietcong government have total influence and control over and how can an average Cambodian people like me who want to do business in Cambodia compete?

From a distance Cambodia looks very inviting for start up business especially for average Cambodian people entrepreneurs since there are no rule of law and regulations and soon these average Cambodian entrepreneurs will realize that they can be taken a for free ride.

The trend is a lot of Cambodian people would rather take their money out of Cambodia to invest in some other countries such United States that has good law and regulations to protect those in business and those the consumer too.

Cambodia is going down the black hole under AH HUN SEN Vietcong slave puppet leadership because being a puppet AH HUN SEN has no choice except to do exactly what the Vietcong government is telling him what to do and as always the Vietcong government is looking after their interest. So what if AH HUN SEN interest is to stay in power but AH HUN SEN power is to serve the Vietcong interest anyway! Cambodia is becoming the most backward countries in the region whether you like it or not until AH HUN SEN Vietcong puppet vanish from Cambodian political scene and hopefully the new way of doing thing will take hold.
