Khmer makes less than US$1 a day, and who can afford US$25 to attend this event, you must be kidding! Screw your human right shit!
This occassion is not definitely for ordinary cambodians, interestingly it is for whom concern about cambodian rights and its implication in current atmosphere.
Some people even waste$100-500 a night for their corruptive social fun.It is a much better cause anyhow.
