Don't worry about the scumbag's comment.It seem to me, the most effective way to smear people's name or other word character assassination is to accuse that person of being a Vietnamese, even if his or her stance is entirely anti yuon.

I don't care about a person ethnic background as long as they defend with all their heart Cambodia, the land in which they live, they are welcome to continue to stay and help build our country!
I have no problem granting them citizens either as long as they defend the interests of the country in which they currently live.
A lot of Khmers have gone to live in the US and other western countries. They have made contributions to those country and learn to love their new environments and cultures so for that reason there are also Vietnamese who live in Cambodia, have married Cambodians and also have grown to love Cambodia and are willing to defend it at all cost as well. We cannot just paint every Vietnamese in Cambodia bad since doing so will alienate them even further.
Winning their heart and soul can be possible if we allow careful integration since we can't chase them out anyway. There are so many Cambodians with Chinese blood in them who love Cambodia very much and never consider any country, but Cambodia theirs!
There is a thought that some of these ethnic immigrants who have lived for so long in Cambodia have indeed enjoyed and cherished Cambodia as their homeland and are willing to defend it if they are called and trusted to do so.
They can work with us to defend Cambodia against any invaders. I find it very difficult to believe that every Vietnamese who lives in Cambodia is a spy and has come to Cambodia simply to sabotage the country. There have to be those who came for economic reasons and really want to live in Cambodia because of better economic opportunity for them in this country than in Vietnam and these are the people who can help us fight back against any invaders since what they defend is not just Cambodia, but definitely their own livelihood!

I agree with Anet Khmer. No worry about Youn background. Just worry about people who destroyed their country of birth that give them life. If they did not like their country of birth, they would not have land for their own next generations.Don't rely of other countries such as China or Vietnam, they never consider you as their citizen even you pretend to be Vietnam or Chinese. Even their own population they treat them very badly and consider them as slaves. The Viet or Chinese government think about their power and aggression. They never care about their own population.
