Beware!! Benladin wants to hire them too...
One day, somebody gonna hires them to kills each other?
Ah kwack uses them to kill khmer people everyday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The policy of " Contribution" menas collecting money to help people, army the poor or any needed persons.. it is good but we have to consider about how/where money collected comes from... as we understand,, those sums of money contributed by donors, oknhas, excellencies, generals or any generous people come from taking out indirectly from national assets via corruption, ex. one orginasation/one oerson has provided 1m.USD to build army infrastructure that money mostly come from where they can be collected from illegal act (Coruupted, collected from their organisation;s budget indirectly..), the policy of one company confederated with one or two army forces unity is an act of ...
that company msut collect that money from any acts of ...UNDERGROUND. CORRUPTED and that company can use the army to protect their property automatically....
Gov. should consider the real budget to provide for this emergency case with transparency and and sustanably....
Excellency Knoy
Ha Ha!!! Only in Cambodia!!!
Does this mean that the army will have to wear the sponsor's logos: T-shirts, baseball caps etc with the name of the company on them? Will it mean that all military vehicles will be covered in promotional logos like the formula 1 racing cars? It'll make them very easy to hit.
When I lived overseas, my children would come home from school asking to be sponsored for a fun-run or something. Back then I'd sponsor them on how much they completed or finished. E.g. doing a marathon? I'll give you a dollar a mile. Can we do the same with the Cambodian army: give them sponsorship money based upon how much they conquer??? Dollar a kilometer?? Dollar a household destroyed?? Dollar for every fat business man protected?? Dollar for every woman and child beaten??
Very funny. As usual, when everyone else is modernizing, this wonderful country is heading backwards led from the rear.
The U.S. will hire these mercenaries for Afganistan to replace the NATO forces at the early of 2011.
Obama have to start to withdraw american forces as promised to the Congress. How much Hun Sen will be paid for the contract with the blackwater company ? There is a lot of business to make with them.
