Wait to hear the next singing appearance by the ex King at his very next birthday concert, hopefully he will live until 31 October, then he will pour out his melancholy act and crocodile tear to tell us about the details of the meeting. What does this Yuon Ly Ngoc Diep know about helping Khmers besides mocking his one enemy for his Yuon government?

King Sihanouk's birthday is October 31, 1922. It's Halloween day. Why do you think he will die on that day? What happen if you will be the one who will be collapsed and die on that day?

Yuon who speaks Khmer like Ly Diep can live in Khmer community nicely because he know how to kiss ass and gives a blow job to one extreme Khmer group. His job is to divide.
Ly Ngoc Dinh/Diep will never be Khmer no matter how hard he has tred to please some of these jerks. He is Yuon.

ly diep is a yuon mold; he is a chinese Mac dynasty type which handed over kkkrom to viet in 1700s. Mac did as diep is doing through his childish newsletter --weakening/descreting the khmer symbol-- paving the way to hand the rest of khmer land to his viet colleagues. smart move, you nuoc nam.
Ly Diep is an unhappy, negative person, against everybody, evrything, not just Sihanouk. His newspaper is so negative, critical of everything. he never praised anybody, never offered any ideas, solutions. he only insults or trashes at people. I was shocked when I read the poem he wrote to insult SR when SR returned to Cambodia from exile and shook hand with HS. If you read the poem, you know what kind of person he is. This is just one example.
Mr. Diep, you are a good experienced person in Cambodia's affair, but it seems you are not deep enough to understand the current problem in our country. If you says Hun Sen just a puppet and Sihanouk the largest puppet, it is not reasonable to me. Sihanouk and his dynasty is slowly dead in this current regime. And now I see Hun Sen and his group is the most dangerous for our nation, not Sihanouk as you said.

Can you list them all; so people understand you.
You know nothing and stop being negative. Try to get along with people. You know how bad you are. Go to the town hall meeting with them, ask them, help them, get involve, to prove your self as a good person will you?
he is nobody. The only thing very clear about this person is he makes a living by insulting people, that is what his newspaper is about.
It would be amazing if Ly Diep does not know that he is a very negative person.
