Ly Ngoc Dinh was recruited and sent by Communist Party of Vietnam to Cambodia among many young Viets and some to Laos, now to Thailand just like Ly Ngoc Diep. Ly Diep and his countrymen infiltrated in Lon Nol army.
Many of them became journalists and since Khmers are not trusting each others, Ly Ngoc Diep infiltrated in so easily.
Vietnam has many intelligence networks. Like Ly Diep, his country men named Pham Xuan An was in H63 Intelligence network in Cu Chi. They live a double life and so Ly Diep.
Cambodia has too many problems brought by the Vietnamese, and at the same time, their spies are working side by side to divide Khmer people.
Viet spies inside Cambodia pretend to protect Hun Sen, and spies outside like Ly Diep pretend to hate Hun Sen and hate Khmer Kings; then the clowns outside are happy, so Khmers keep dividing.

If you hate Khmer monarchy so much do you propose that we redesign Cambodia's flag and remove Angkor Wat from the middle of the tri-color because it was built by King Suriyavarman II? We have had many great Khmer kings and queens in the past which ruled most of Southeast Asia. Only people like Ly Diep help promote degradation in Khmer communities.
