You know what a Red Dragon represent?
Satan or Devil. Being that is true, Cambodia is being in the grip of Satan. Satan's purpose in his life is to kill, kill, kill, destroy, destroy, destroy. He uses all means to accomplish his goal. He doesn't follow no law of man in the book.
Not all killings are of the devil; some killing has to take place to stop the devil's killing. Like self defend, sovereignty defend, preemptive strike if you know your enemies intending to annihilate you from the face of the earth.
