If the men have no money how do they pay for the agent, the Family of the wife they marry, flight ticket and all other costs????

What is wrong with their own people? WHat is wrong with Khmer girl wanting other race? Do some see having mix children will help them or something in the future such as bringing their kid to be a star? that how some think.
