Chea Xim receives honorary doctorate from China

Based on his so numerous talents in leading the country to development, Chea Xim, Senate president, was recognized by the People’s Republic of China’s Research Institute of World Culture with an hormonary doctorate in “political science”. The event took place on 15 July at the Senate building. Chea Xim’s family members and several high-ranking officials came to cheer this honorable vent. Wang Hong Lee, the executive director of the People’s Republic of China’s Research Institute of World Culture, was also present during the ceremony. Mrs. Pheng Kantheaborey, Chea Xim’s protocol director, indicated that the People’s Republic of China’s Research Institute of World Culture is recognized by the UN and it used to dole out hormonary doctorate to high-ranking leaders all over the world before it decided to hand one down to Chea Xim.

A wise person will not blame Chinese Institute of Culture. They just laugh to Cambodian leaders for their ignorance.
Please look at the fisherman and fishes. Fishes have so much of foods around them. Why, they won't eat those foods and are still eating bait from fisherman? They are very ignorance aren't they? Therefore they they are loosing their lives because of their stupid mouth.

If you are a fair person without bias you will criticize Chinese Institute of Culture. China is a big country and they have most intellectual people amongst their over 1 billion people compare to Cambodia it's like an ant. How come they became a fisherman to catch a small fish in Cambodia for their living.May be China would die of hunger like in the past 50 to 100 years ago because they cannot eat fish Cambodians. In not human to act like a fisherman. They will receive bad karma for their cruel acts and ideas to kill innocent people and compare them like a fish. These people for their interests they will destroy someone house to cook their egg.
People who said China is "wise" in this context is wrong because you mistaken the meaning. Wise people, they treat people fairly and equally. They never think about their own interests like Buddha or Jesus. Both of them sacrifice their fortune even their own life for peace and human being and all livings.
However, China for their own interests and power, they don't mind about people suffering even their own population. Is it the act of wise people or CRUEL PEople.(said for leaders)
