The case #1 is done and the case #2, #3, and so on are much more important so they should be done in the shorter period of time. To me and others, Duch should received death sentence compare with the crime he committed.

Vietnam had retaliated because of Lon Nol army executed so many vietanamese immigrants...during khmer rouge vietnam created khmer rouge within khmer, to killed khmer as much as they could.. in 1979 they came and pretended to rescue cambodia and make khmer Thanks them..? but their plans was to invaded cambodia for good!!

Pol Pot is a Khmer Rouge leader of the Democratic Kampuchea Khmer Rouge Regime.

Hun Sen was a Khmer Rouge commander of the Democratic Kampuchea Khmer Rouge Regime and now, a Khmer Rouge leader of the Cambodian People's Party Khmer Rouge Regime.

Chea Sim, Heng Samrin, Hor Namhong, Keat Chhon, Ouk Bunchhoeun and Sim Ka has been summon by the UN back Khmer Rouge Tribunal court (EEEC).

in the court of law, only evidence count, not the hearsay, ok! in the international court of law, written evidence and concrete evidence, eyewitnesses, etc count, not rumor or hearway, really! wake up, people! study law in america for change, ok!, and you will understand a lot about law everywhere. i'm sure ms. seng theary can lecture about law. thank you.

Theary Seng is an educated woman with so much charm, but when she drew eye line too high, she look likes Khmer Pahi. Look at Theary is comforting Ms. Long Sa Vath. Is not she looking aweful?
