This is what happen when there is no clear law and due process to resolve land disputes. People is reduced to begging for justice, as they feel helpless against the injustices they received.

Why holding the picture of Hun Sen?
People receiving injustices have no where else to turn, so they turn to one who seem to be above the law hoping they can find justice from Hun Sen. Perhaps at times Hun Sen was able to come to their defense.
Folks, what you are seeing is a Cambodian chaotic justice system at work. Justice is carried out unevenly in society.
When I see picture like this, I never regret leaving Cambodia 30 years ago, and have reservation about going back to live.

I'm Pissed off. Khmer people should have land to live in Cambodia.They are from there and natural born. I see alot of Vietnamese people living on the river in Phnom Penh or Khmer with no paper. Government supposed to help people.
