There are plenty of Thai manipulators in this blog.
How can you tell?
1.They always bring up border in the east with Vietnam to divert Cambodian bloggers attention from the problem at hand, namely Preah Vihear.
2. They mock and cursed Hun Sen.
3. Any issue divisive among Cambodians they bring it up.
I have a theory, the Thai public school system offer a mandatory course on manipulation

Cambodia's MFAIC needs to hire someone who can write better English. There are a few errors in the letter. It is a shame for the whole country.

Do not just look at one side,close the other one.We knew Thai so well.Thai is our enemy number one since after Khmer Empire.The other hand,we must pay attention Vietnam also; this one is a big dragon that it is already swallowed since 1970 and up to now;it not just 1979 which it invaded us.How many illegal immigrants are living our country/how many rubber fields in Cambodia/the contract is 99 years.We are under Vietnam control in the whole country.Did you know that? When Dealing with authoritarian, never ever or will not use soft talk or diplomacy.
Use Diplomacy with Hun Hen it may takes 1000 years to reach an agreement.
When Talk with People like Hun Sen, must have Arms or nuke be ready!
So, when talk fail, open fire and invade as fast as possible to change authoritarian leadership ....
