Cambodia's Prime Minister Hun Sen has reportedly ordered releasing of Thai men arrested for seeking wild products in the woods and straying into the disputed areas, Surin Governor Raphee Pongbuppakit said Tuesday.

The release is believed to be resulted from improving relations between Thailand and Cambodia after ex-PM Thaksin Shinawatra "resigned" as economic adviser of Hun Sen and Khmer government, the governor said.

"I have been informed that PM Hun Sen has ordered Cambodia's Siem Reap governor to free the three Thais," he said.

Both countries, locally and nationally, are looking forward to seeing improving bilateral relations after the Thaksin's resignation from the position.

The appointment of Thaksin last year has worsened the relations, resulting in both countries recalling their ambassadors and first secretaries.

What is about the Thai side? Do they you have any intention to release unlawful arrests of Cambodian ordinary people? This is not included for those Cambodian citizens who were brutally and illegaly shot and killed by Thai authority without morality..!

Good news, even thought many Khmers were killed by Thai soldiers within these several years.

Not easy for our Cambodian government to kill the Thai citizen from Surin, because most of them are Khmer descent.
Under the Cambodian constitution our government have the responsibility to protect all Khmer descents.
To fulfill this dream, we need time and of course full supports from all Khmer around the world.
We all have a duty to protect our Khmer brother-sisters.

Hun Sen is very tough and brave against the Cambodians, but he is chicken out against the Viet and the Thai.
He is willing to do anything to stay in power. Assuming he loses the election tomorrow, he will not let go of his premiership. He is willing to turn Cambodia into a country of civil war. He cares less if Cambodia loses a few more millions people. That, what happened in 1993 right under the nose of UNTAC.

Hun Sen is not stupid, he fired Taksin and did this to avoid Thais from allowing revolutionary Khmers to install at the Thailand border in the future.
