Thai knew it,behind Hun Sen there many Vietnamese soldiers.Vietnamese soldiers will Khmer soldiers,If Khmer and Thai have war about Preah Vihear. In 1970 the Vietnamese killed by Sihanouk called them to kill Khmer soldiers and Khmer people.Khmer Rouge,among Khmer Rouge there were also Vietnamese and Viet Cong troupes.Now when Khmer and Thai fight each other,there are Vietnamese troupes behind Khmer soldiers.Vietnamese soldiers soldiers to fight with Thai soldiers.Who will at this time,Khmer and Khmer Surin will die.Khmer will be dead and Khmer land becoming Vietnamese land.This what we say Khmer country but land is Vietnam.

During Lon Nol and Pol Pot's time, there were no this fucking border problems with Youns or Siems. Why now? When Youns stayed in Cambodia for more than ten years, we also never heard this bullshit border problems with Youns and Siems. Why now? Anyone can explain about this?
11:58am, siem wants to see cambodia stay underdeveloped and isolated, especially around preah vihear areas, etc... so, when cambodia listed our preah vihear temple as world heritage, siem reacted in jealousy because they are afraid of cambodia's development. they want to see cambodia stay isolated and undevelopment like during the KR and before untac era in cambodia. that's the way i see it. so, by all mean, cambodia must develop our full national potential in all fields. we must also develop and modernize our national infrastructure and our khmer's standard of living, etc... we must compete with siem and youn country, our immediate neighbors; if we ignore this concept and stay ignorant and underdevelop, these thug-like neighbors will take advantage of us. look at how our country is situated or located. it seemed like our geography is squeezed on purpose in between siem and youn country. it was the french who drew up our country's map and cut us off from access to the south china sea or the mekong river delta as we known it khmer krom today. cambodia must wake up and develop our national by all means. of course, some areas called for sustainable development, however, cambodia must modernized our armed forces, our cities, our infrastructure, our education, our standard of living in order to compete and catch up with what we've been missing while we were stunt by civil war, KR brutality, etc... cambodia must wake up and see and learn from the entire world; no matter who; we can learn and borrow and adopt from all of them. it is smart and clever and for the sake of our nation's prosperity, etc... god bless cambodia and all our beautiful khmer people and citizens.

What concrete plans do you have to help Hun Sen fight both Vietnam and Thailand besides keeping on attacking him while Cambodia faces all of these dangerous threats?
Would you come to Cambodia and with me, we can join the army to protect our land? Please do come and join the army and ask to be moved to the front lines.

Your idea seems good; but the question to you is how you are going to do it.
It is easy to say all you want here as anybody can say that.
I challenge you to come to Cambodia and help PM Hun Sen make sure that the traffic in Phnom Penh is orderly. Don't worry about anything else yet, just see if you can make people in Phnom Penh follow the rule of traffic!
well, good question. i'm no expert, here, just using my common sense. anyway, i suggest cambodia borrow the traffic law from america. i mean, look, in america, if people don't respect traffic law, they get fined, lose their driving privilege and go to court, etc... this is what cambodia should do to train the traffic police to and required passing exam for driving license, etc... be patient, though, cambodian just awaken from nightmare and our economy just taking off; so, it takes a little time for the population to get adjusted to new rules and regulations, etc... i think when lack of idea or concept, by all mean, study how america make it work, then apply the same concept to cambodia. i mean, we reserve the right to be different, however, like someone mentioned before, knowledge and education know no boundary. so, do adopt or borrow the system from america, so cambodia can become better and so forth, really! if there's a will, there's a way, especially with improvement, etc... don't do give cambodia the benefit of the doubt instead of being so pessimistic or cynical or skeptical about cambodia's ability to change or reform, ok! of course, everything has gotten to start somewhere, somehow, you know! nobody borns with skill or knowledge; we all obtain or acquire knowlege and education as we grow up. and schools are there for the purpose of passing on knowledge and education to the next generation, etc... god bless.
also, be inquisitive as to how other countries out there manage their traffic law? do learn or borrow or adopt from them for improve. don't be so selfish; help our country to become better, ok!
Here are some keys to keep people straight and Phnom Penh make more money. Start from ten busy stop lights .
Create some Motor Vehicle Department
DMV=keep tracks and control cars ,motors plates and the drivers ID or Driver licenses.
Dealing with the south Korean trafficking cameras put as much Phnom Penh can afford and wait to send out the traffic s violation er to pay the fines and when they are late on the fine adding up
the fee and interest if they are not paying suspend the licenses or put them in jail.
More Jobs more people get employ and not headache. Cambodians control the elephants with a little hooks rite?

i know, cambodia should look into creating a department similar to DMV in america. not only they control and managing drivers, cars, transportation licensing etc, it can also create more jobs for khmer people, and better for society, etc... yes, look into it! cambodia is so lacking when it comes to services to the public, etc... this way, jobs are being create as well and good for country and social etc, otherwise, you all kind of traffic problem in cambodia!

about traffic problem in phnom penh, first cambodia needs to install more stop light in all of intersections in all cities and towns in cambodia. if you count, phnom penh barely have any stop light at all. in america, there are stop light in every intersections anywhere in america. this is a start for cambodia, first to install stop lights in every street corners, etc..., really!
