BANGKOK, Aug. 6 (Xinhua) -- Thailand's "yellow shirts" have agreed to shift their rally venue from the Government House to the Kilawes Stadium in central Bangkok on Saturday, the Thai News Agency (TNA) reported quoting Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva as saying Friday.
The decision to stage the rally at the Kilawes Stadium of the Thailand-Japan Youth Center in the Din Daeng area was made after an over two-hour meeting between Abhisit and representatives of the "yellow shirts" network.
The "yellow shirts" rally is aimed to demand the government to revoke the memorandum of understanding (MOU) on boundary demarcation signed with Cambodia in 2000.
The MOU, which recognizes the Siam-French demarcation map, is feared to allow neighboring Cambodia to claim the Thai territory, the "yellow-shirt" group said.
In a related development, the Center for the Resolution of the Emergency Situation (CRES) has declared a ban on traveling on four routes surrounding the Government House in central Bangkok, effective from 08:00 p.m. local time, on Friday.
Also, the CRES said none is allowed to enter into the Government House compound.
Any who breaks the CRES rules will face a maximum two-year jail term and a fine worth upto 40,000 baht (1,247.68 U.S. dollars).

Cambodia government should submit a management plan as a joint listing of THAILAD instead of the PREAH VIHEA temple. Then let the Thai right wing and Thai Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva work with Cambodian people and other concern neighbor people who lost land to Thai.
Since Hun Sen was a Khmer Rouge commander, now a Khmer Rouge leader and had many of his political opponents and journalists assassinated, I wonder if he have any plan to assassinate the Thai Prime Minister (Ahbullshit Vejjajiva)?
We must not allow Vietnam and Thai intrude into Cambodia land.We must protect our lovely country. We could not live without country like Champa. And also,at this time,we must not let Thai do what she wants to do such as Preah Vihear temple management.
UN SHOULD HELP DRAW AND MARK THE CAMBODIA FRONTIERS AS PARIS AGREEMENt!!!!!
REFORM THE UNCIVILIZE ARMY AND OPPRESSION FORCES IN CAMBODIA THEN GIVE PEOPLE OF CAMBODIAN THE FAIR DEMONCRACY!!!!!!!!!
OPEN EYES PEOPLE WE NOT LIVING IN STONE AGE! NEW WORLD ORDER SHOULD APLY FIRST IN CAMBODIA!!!!
Yes,we are not living in stone age,but intruders Thai and Vietnam never change their minds.Look! how many illegal immigrants are living in Cambodia; how many rubber plant fields in Cambodia; there are seven rubber fields which Vietnam are cultivating; the contract is 99 years; does Vietnam uses workers to do it; the answer is NO.Don't trust Vietnam or Thai,we must believe in ourselves.Thai and Vietnam are wolfs. These both countries did not obey international laws. We won Preah Vihear and the around it in 1962,how come Thai still wants it.How about Vietnam takes half mile into Khmer territory, not just small piece of land ,Vietnam will take the Khmer country, but it takes time to grab or swallow the whole;please learn about Thai and Vietnamese attitudes.
