Thach Sophorn, the former abbot of Wat Nikrauth Kampong Khsan (Kampong Khsay) Pagoda, located in Preah Trapaing (renamed Tra Vinh by the occupying Vietnamese) province, will hear his sentence from the Vietnamese Communist Party’s court at 7AM on 27 September. He was arrested since July of this year and the Viet authority did not provide any reason for his arrest.

Khmer Krom or Khmer Krom Monk Should not come and Live in Cambodia.
When Something is wrong , the Cambodia Government dont have to arrest and sent them back to where they were originally belong. As far as the world has known, Khmer Krom is Vietnamese citizen.
And Khmer Krom Never have been Cambodia citizen since long time ago. The only thing they are consider themself as Khmer Krom because, the know how to speak Khmer, once they lost their language they will have no identity to depend on as khmer Krom any more. Even Khmer Rouge leader Eing Sary considered Khmer Krom as Yuon or Yuon Double agents in 1975-1979.
if that's the case, khmer krom should practice and talk in khmer more clearly and fluently. don't say khmer language is not useful to learn, ok! khmer language is very useful to learn, especially if you do business, work, visit, live, etc in cambodia and doin works related to cambodian issues, etc... i hate people who say khmer language is not important to know! they are ignorant and are not cambodian for sure! i say khmer krom, khmer surin, etc, start learn to speak, write, read, etc in khmer language now! no more excuses, ok!
The people of Cambodia will soon initiate a new repatriation program for Vietnamese in Cambodia. They'll be floating face down back into Vietnam down the Mekong River.
