Hun Sen cares about his reputation, but does everything to leave a legacy of blood, of violence, of ineptitude and repression. Already the Present is a very harsh judge. How much more so when History is his judge, especially in the age of the internet and globalization where everything lives forever.
This uncreative regime keeps saying it's only been 30 years; Cambodia needs time. For goodness sake, IT'S BEEN 30 YEARS! Since this leadership is so quick to cite Singapore as its model, look at what Singapore did during this amount of time.

What do you expect from people who only know violence?????????????? They live by the sword and will die by the sword, even if metaphorically like Heng Pov who "died" (jailed in infamy) and Hok Lundy.

Hun Sen and his cronies know how to drive Khmers off their lands. Chop Cambodia into blocs, give away to Youns; signed a one-sided treaty allowing youns to swallow more Khmer land. Persecute Khmers for the pleasure of youns. He knows hows to pocket hundred millions of dollars from all sources while selling out everything constitutes Khmers, land, rivers, forest, sands you name it. When one said, they build some tall buildings, my question to them is this, who is the owner? What do you and your country have left at the end?
Hun Xen thinks he owned Cambodia! Who was born first to build Angkor Wat - Hun family tree or Jayvarman family trees? A kmeng jom non youn te kom tonn Ha Moth! Honestly, Hun-Bun people should stop think they are the owner of a tiny pond in Cambodia - they have no shame man! Mister Hun Zen.... why you send Hun Manet to be educated if you dont value the freedom and expression. You should send Manet to Hanoi school to learn Viet Cong Kung Fu! Well you can send your grand children to Vite Kong school because they might learn something new to teach the grand father Hun Zen that You had survived because before Hun Zen there were many true loving people for their country Like Samdech Nheck Tioulong, His Excellency Sam Sary, and many many more who did not cut down tree for sale and give land to vietname etc... Learn from them SUPER MODEL great Khmer men - SIR Hun!
The more we talk bad things from Hun Sen and the more Khmer people and foreigners pay attention their evil deeds.Good deeds people praise,but evil deeds like Vietnam and Hun Sen people blame and curse them.Go to hell Vietnam and Hun Sen.
i think every leader, every administration, etc, has some kind of legacy, whether good or bad, there's a legacy there, really! of course, we all want only good legacy; it's a human thing!

Sam Rainsy must take Hun Sen to court; Failure to prosecute Hun Sen will result in more innocent Khmer peoples being murder.
Sam Rainsy must not give Hun Sen another option to pick to escape justice.
Which one is better?
1. Hun Sen Death Squad (The Cambodian Organize Crime) go to federal prison for life in the United States for terrorism on March 30, 1997 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
2. Sam Rainsy get his jail terms drop.
Option 1 will benefit all innocent Khmer peoples and Khmer national.
Option 2 will benefit Sam Rainsy and the Cambodia People's Party Hun Sen Khmer Rouge Regime (Hun Sen Death Squad, assassins, murderers, killers, human rights abusers and land grabbers...).
The last time, Sam Rainsy picked was option 2.
I remember Sam Rainsy said "I'm not doing this for Sam Rainsy, I'm doing this for Khmer national."
Sam Rainsy, please do a favor for the Khmer national, take Hun Sen to court.
I am hopping that Sam Rainsy pick the right option this time so that the same thing will not happen again ever.
Sam Rainsy must not allow Hun Sen to continue to kill more innocent Khmer peoples.
Sam Rainsy is in a position to take Hun Sen to court because Hun Sen was trying to assassinate him on March 30, 1997 Grenade Attack (Terrorism). This is a rare opportunity. Only victims have the power. I wise, I have this power to bring Hun Sen to federal court in the United States.
This is a million times better than spend hundreds of million of dollars to hire a private military contractor (Black Water, now XE etc...) to bring justice to criminals (Hun Sen Death Squad and the Khmer Rouge Regimes) who is responsible for killing almost two million innocent Khmer peoples and counting.
Who ever charge, prosecute, convict and sentence Hun Sen is a Khmer hero. You will be saving a lot of innocent Khmer peoples life. Because Hun Sen is responsible for murders his political opponents, leaders of the free trade union, journalists and innocent Khmer peoples.
Hun Sen is the most powerful person in Cambodia.
Sam Rainsy have the power to send the most powerful person in Cambodia (Hun Sen) to federal prison for life in the United States.

There is no any reason that leader ruling the nation for almost 30 years; saying that he (Hun Xen) is working for nation development.
