KI-Media Note: Dear Readers, it is with great sadness that we learned that Ven. Yoeung Sin has passed away. We will keep you updated once we receive additional information.Ven. Yoeung Sin, the Abbot of the Wat Samaky Raingsey Pagoda and President of the Khmer Kampuchea Krom Monks Association in Cambodia, passed away due to old age at a hospital in Phnom Penh on Monday 27 September 2010.
This is a brief information for our compatriots around the world.

Khmer Angkor would like to thank for our leader Khmer Krom who pass away and try to get our homeland back a long years. I and family would like to join this funeral ceremony. We do hope that it will have more our Khmer Krom leaders to continue his work to get our home land back from Ar Yuon.

I don't believe he died from old age. I think he was assassinated by doctors who get order from Hun Sen and Hanoi to kill him. He is very vocal critic of Vietnam regarding Khmer Krom issue. He was warned many times before. I think the doctors gave him a lethal injection.

May your soul rest in Peaces and help our Kampuchea Krom get freedom from ah Youn in the near future. I'm so sad to hear all this news. We must investigate about his dead if he realy dead by his age or some one did something wrong to him. I don't trust ah CPP regimes since they were under ah Youn control.

It is such a sad day for all Khmer Krom and Khmer to have loss our Dear Venerable Yoeung Sin. He is a Hero to all Khmers. Venerable Yoeung Sin had dedicated his life to Buddhism and to our Khmer Nationhood at all cost.
Venerable Yoeung Sin will greatly be missed by all of us. May GOD Buddha Bless His Soul and may his soul rest in peace.
