cambodia ought to look into investing in irrigation or canal building system for it is useful for the population to use water from our many waterways for their agriculture, crops, livelihood, etc. we shouldn't have any more problem with getting or having enough water and food any more. do something about it! don't just sit around and do nothing, make it happen, make it work! water is the live line of the country's agriculture, etc... in a country with lots of waterways and water flooding everywhere, it is hard to believe that cambodia could be without water, really! why? it is laziness?, is it lack of technology know-how? is it poor and inability to create canals, irrigation, etc? everyone can help to change this once and for all! again, if so lack of ideas, look around the world and get educated, ok! there is no excuse whatsoever! ask for help to build canals, irrigation, and modernize the method to some degree, ok! we all have brain, use it or lose it!

I like your comment. Well, let us make sure at least every Khmer has access to clean water first before planning to build a 555-floor building that the CPP government will have no money to maintain!
The Cambodian government is like a small child who cannot walk on his/her own yet, but has already thought of running a marathon across a country!
have you ever heard of multi-tasking? it means the country can build canals and skyscrapers all at the same time. there's no such thing as build canals and not skyscrapers, etc! wake up, people, don't be so uneducated, ok! life doesn't stop because of your opinionated view, etc! there are a lot of smart khmer out there, and they can tell you that cambodia must build everything in every fiels, etc, ok!
when we talk about revolutionalize, we should refer it to politics, instead we should be talking about improving and revolutionized cambodia's agricultural method, you know! cambodia can sure use this conept and putting it to work to improve ways of living and doing things, really!
