The supreme courts of Vietnam and Cambodia have agreed to increase the exchange of visits and the sharing of experiences in terms of trial, management and administrative reforms.

The Deputy Chief of the Vietnamese Supreme People’s Court, Tran Cam Tu, and his Cambodian counterpart, Khim Ponn, reached consensus on the issues during their talks in Hanoi on September 8.

Tu applauded the Cambodian delegation’s visit, which he said will contribute to promoting the mutual understanding, friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and Cambodia and the two courts in particular.

The Vietnamese Supreme People’s Court will host a conference of chief judges and judges of border localities of Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia early next year to discuss measures to boost coordination and cooperation, and share trial and judicial reform experiences.

Khim Ponn said he hopes that Vietnam will provide more assistance to the Cambodian courts, especially in personnel training, trial experiences and judicial reforms.

Cambodia’s court sector is willing to beef up cooperative ties with its Vietnamese counterpart, thus strengthening and developing comprehensive cooperation between the two nations.

During its six-day trip, the Cambodian delegation is scheduled to pay courtesy visits to State President Nguyen Minh Triet, the head of the Supreme People’s Procuracy and the Minister of Justice.

They will also visit and hold working sessions with authorities of several cities and provinces, and attend the 65th anniversary of the Supreme People’s Court.

The Khmer courts are not suppressing their people well enough, so the Yuons have to come in and educate them a bit more. In VN anyone who even thinks about speaking against the government is thrown in jail or executed outright. To the Viet government, the present situation in Cambodia, as oppressive as it is, is not oppressive enough to their liking. Plus they are trying to eradicate anything resembling a thought of any type of freedom for Khmer Krom.

"Tu applauded the Cambodian delegation’s visit, which he said will contribute to promoting the mutual understanding, friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and Cambodia and the two courts in particular."

That is true, Cambodian court will contribute to promoting mutual friendship and cooperation with Vietnam always by jailing border protesters and nationalists to keep Khmer in torpid about Viet's desire of complete domination - which is already practical reality!

Viet-Lao-Cambo now essentially shared everything which are signs of one nation - one cohesive friendly court, one cohesive friendly assembly, one cohesive friendly military, one cohesive friendly telecommunications... one cohesive friendly "identity" - three race, one nationality.

So well the Viet can twist their deceitful vocabularies to sweet tune the ear of naive and stupid Lao-Khmer leaders as well as oblivious and ambivalent world community.

What they can't outright accomplish with military, they will accomplish with words and sex - that has been the characterization of Viet ethics for centuries whether they are dealing with French, American, or Khmer - utterly disgusting collective thought of these people, yet efficiently deadly!

Surely friendship and mutual co-operation in all fields is precisely what is desperately needed between the peoples of Cambodia and Viet Nam.

Or, would you prefer war, racist hatred and destruction?!
