Khmer Democrat - you and Mu Sochua should tell Mr. Sam Rainsy exactly that, especially the middle phrase!
that's a good slogan or motto. hey, in a free democratic country, gov't shouldn't be the dictator. they should be made of people who love democracy and freedom, etc! again, how do you change people's thinking? education, knowledge, exposure to the world; definitely not isolationism and tyranny because those people just cling on to power as it serves personal ambition well. cry out for a cry, everybody! make sure to put the good, qualified people in the job of gov't so the entire nation of cambodia can benefit, not just a few privileged class of people! god bless all.
also realize that changes do take time, especially changes in thinking, habit, etc. so, patient and listening skills are important to observe.
Your efforts will help CPP members more than anybody else because without opposition party CPP members and their descendants will live under dictator for ever.

Mu Sochua is sending a message to Sam Rainsy that he is no longer suitable to lead the opposition party.
Becos for Sam Rainsy:
"Be loud" means barking like a mad dog when hit.
"Be fearfull" means run away and run fast asap when trouble, caused by himself, come. Not like Mu Sochua. She stayed and faced the court for her case.
"Be isolated" means he runs away and isolate himself from his supporters but sing a "united" song when he needs his supporters's helps. For his case now, it seems his supporters do not even much care about him. That's why he is isolated and calls foreigners for helps.
So, Mu Sochua and opposition party's supporters send a clear message to Rainsy he's no longer a reliable leader.
How the CPP and Vietnam wish they can get rid of Sam Rainsy, with all their tricks!
Sam Rainsy is the leader with many, many good generals, including the dynamic Mu Sochua. This is the strength of the SRP!
