Regarding Hun Sen ordered Excellency Ban Kimoon to close or remove UN Human Rights offices because Human Rights is Hun Sen number 1 enemy that supported by opposition parties. Hun Sen anti-Human Rights because he acting like North Korea and Burma(Myanmar) which are these 2 countries run their own country independence and autonomy not like Hun Sen under the Vietnamese supervision.
