manet did not have to take the test.. because they let him go easy on all of the school work.. we knew him when he live in USA..
We are not jealus but the opportunity should be giving to all Khmer children not just Hun Manet.. But it seem that only HUN and the CPP that have the opportunity. If the rest of the poor Khmer have the same chance they would be better then him... becuase they will work harder and smarter not being a vietnamese dog..
NOW Hun family and cpp they painted all khmer peoples white-- is CPP Grey is not SURE... and Black is not CPP and not Khmer.. meaning either a cpp or even if you are khmer you will not regard as khmer and you living in Cambodia will have a hard and difficult life because the government that run by the CPP will make sure that those re GREY and BLACK will not live in peace..

I am who I am, I earn my life honestly and believe in human karma ... I am not slave of anyboby, but I want to tell you all that nothing we or you as expats we can do, just let them perform their work and the people of Cambodia will judge them.
But one thing for sure , we can not do better than them, so don'f judge them badly but we should look at the mirror and answer to the simple question and fact that, as expats, what can we do much for the motherland and defend the homeland ?
