Is that the cliff where there were thousands of cambodian refugees forced to climb down to,and so many were killed by Thai's robbery,so many women were raped and killed?.

Were UNHCR aware of what had happened?
Anyone knows?

I always tell the Westerner that Thailand never own or build temples of their own. They always steal from Cambodia during the war and claimed as theirs.

If Khmer is in capable to unite and protect their own motherland --- than the neighbors are free to take anything they want and call their own.

Does Khmer have any trust one another?, within the family, within, village, community, proveince, within nation, and between the government and the people? The answer is NO! to all these questions...thus, the country that lack of trust capital...the transaction cost of doing business is very high. The lack of trust is the root cost of unessary evil and sufficient enough to keep any ligetamite business to invest for long term infraustructure....
