I honestly endorse you Declaration of Human Rights. The humble poor Khmer people have lived their lives of the oppressed, as if they were potted plants! It's ridiculous that in the 21st century, our country, Cambodia, is ruled by the dictator whose hidden motive is to pass down this absolute power to his offsprings after his disgarceful death. Will it be possible for him to do so?
It's the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights adopted by members of the United Nations.
