Cambodians need to vote more opposition members into parliament if they want a better life. If they cannot see that the CPP is abusing the power and foreign aids, then there is nothing much, outsiders can do to help alleviate their suffering and injustice they face in their daily life.
The key to a prosperous and just Cambodia is in their hands. Collectively, they need to put the key into the lock and turn it. Outsiders have no key in their hands and can only help lubricate the lock with oil to make the turning of the key much easier.

No side backs down to listen what the jist of the information is transferred: the fight of raising questions is baseless.
Why couldn't we all wait to listen what the answers could be, then couldn't we debate from there?
No matter what the questions or answers could be, there would always be some sort of justification what the appropriate answers may lie.
The fact of walking out of the round of discussions would just intensify the unproductiveness of the ongoinng sessions of the parlementary debate.
The act of arguing back and forth with no end in sight, would not provide the PUBLIC any sense of fulfillment or curiosity.
Remember that the parlementarian forum only serves the public, not the parlementarians.
There's always checks and balances even outside the parliament. This is because the public or the civil society could compare answers to questions requested.
Everybody need patience and stamina, even for small operations to work and function well.

I do not understand how Nguon Nhel becomes a chief of the parliament. He has a quick temper and cannot even answer the questions correctly. Basically, he does not understand the questions being raised by a well educated Mr. Son Chhay. Why does Ngoun Nhel refer to Hun Sen multiple time? "According to Hun Sen...." He should refer to the laws but not Hun Sen because Hun Sen did not make laws. Overall, this assembly is a game.
