SKSS
I think you overstep your boundary and acting on a paranoia side that is both unproductive and damaging to Khmer unity and your organization.

As a Khmer reader here is why I believe this way:

1) As an independent and neutral body, without supposed political affiliation, you should not make judgments about someone's alleged political guilt. [its a contradiction to your spirit bylaw]

2) Your assertion of Mr. Mon Son's problem as stemming from failure to sell his real estate in Cambodia seems like an intimate knowledge. How did you come about to this information? Do you think it is ethical for your organization to disclose personal matter of his estate? Since when does failing to sell your estate becomes illegal?

3) Why would associating with Khmers in Surin to do something not related to selling Mr. Meung's real estate a problem? I may be a bad fishermen, but should that disqualify me from help building a house?

4) Your recommendation that for interest of teaching Khmer Surin he should focus on solving personal problems first is also a bit awkward statement. Every person confronts personal problem everyday, however, that should not disqualify him from participating in his community either.

5) You can't tell someone what to do. Everyone acts on their own volition. And why does keeping a low profile in the border helps Mr. Meuong sell his estate?

6) last paragraph under bullet 2 is contrary to the spirit that SKSC acts in hurriedly proclaiming Mr. Meuong as a person "guilty" of charged in Cambodia.

Finally, may I conclude that to start a statement:

"Sadly, we regret to know about the chaos in Surin caused by mr. Son Muong " is in itself a negative statements that further erodes the situation.

As Cambodian youth, I only wished and hope that Khmer adults and organization act more maturely, professionally, and with restraint in their reactions and accusations of one another. I far too often see this characteristic destroying many Khmer communities and efforts.

I appeal for common sense in the old adult world and for political and professional maturity.

I think each Khmer leaders and organization should have a class in ethics before they go out to make associations

If each person know what to do,how to do,when to do,why to do it,he/she does not get any troubles around/him/her.He/she thinks carefully first before doing something else.Don't bother another people business;be responsible the work of his/her own.Get in touch with someone with respect. MOEUNG SON SHOULD MIND HIS OWN BUSINESS AS A REAL ESTATE,NOT TO BOTHER cHEY MONGKOL WORK.
