God speaks from heaven by ways of floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, fires, drought...and everything else in between that causes disaster...better pay attention and call upon his Name Yaweh to save you.
God of all the earth say that he does judge nations by all sorts of methods. He judges nations in relation as how they treat Israel in the past and presence and future. God has the key to your prosperity--do you want to know or continue on in your ignorant of his doings? I'm infer prosperity of a nation and individual.
