These kind of transport should never have happened. Cambodia must stop it if we are to cut down on road accidents. We got to have some decency and comfort for our people as well.

You have cars,
we have technology: the way to use the cars

Kids on top too? Dangerous. It's not hard to enforce the law, if there is one for overloading truck. Police can just stop them and have them unload or else they can't go on their way. But the cops are scary cat or they take money from the drivers. It comes down to the police chief to train their policemen.

They keep making repeatedly appeal for public to obey the rules (no laws yet so far) of traffic.
The pictures have shown the different themes.
It is because an incompetent of the authority or they do not want to confront or they get bride and close their eyes or they think people who do ride like these pictures are responsible for their safety, ect...

These pictures however revealed the true color of darkside of Phnom Penh city and Cambodia the land of wander into jungle.

Why you always talk about LAW ?
There is no real LAW in Cambodia.
We are in a KINGDOM of BANANA, we are run by monkeys.
LAW is nothing, that is a joke, we use it to jail opposition members and supporters, regular Khmers, Khmers from whom we steal lands..

They've been doing this for hundred years and happy with it.

The enforcement of law is not effective because the policemen are ordered to collect fees, not enforce, from these overloaded vehicles for their bosses. How can Cambodia move forward if these guys are on the way like that all the time???? Cambodia must choose between bring the country to the future or continue the road of chaos, anarchy and impoverishment.

You fucken stupid, they've been doing that since your ancestor time, dumb ass, not just Hun Sen regime.
