This government building is a national price for Cambodia and it has showed a strong frienship between Cambodia and China, but it will hurt SRP and its stupid supporters.

Somebody doesn' do his work here. only one buiding, Frienship Building, is Chinese donation. The other one in Modern Khmer Style, is wholy Cambodian build.
I learnt that this government building, they did many changes of the symbols (Kbal Tor/Kbal Neak) for the Fung Suy of Sok An and Hun Sen. How come, it's just a government building, why it has to fit the Fung Suy of these individuals? Also, Sok An's mansion is just across the building. No wonder why they said any thing can happen in Cambodia. One thing that I don’t understand, every Cambodian have seen and known about these, but they still let it goes and continue to live with these. It looks like the whole country is belong only to these small group of people.
