Because of Ah dictator Hun Xen is the worst leader in the world!!!!
The yuths have no job,no work,..... so the y have to fine some to eat for thair life.
The leader is very important,we have to chang the new leader not the leader like dictator Hun Xen under youn Hanoi and the CPP(Communist Party).
So we have to stand up all!!!!
Why we call hun Sen as mafia leader because he adopted God father policy. He think he is the master of all Cambodians. Everyone destiny is relying on him for death or life. His son has just got a faked degree, has got high position in the military. I work for him by sacrifying my reputation but I can only got myself as a spokeperson. Now I lost my face to all my friends and family.

Dear Mr;Siphann, I support your idea. Why majority of khmer people support this mafia system in Cambodia? They have the chance to vote for change, but why not? When crisis come like this they keep complain again and again. if they want to fight for justice in society or improve their life, they have to do it by themself. Why they do not do it? They have the chance to choose the country leader systeme. Or they want keep their samdech in power?

We must learn about,"who were the root of Khmer people killers".the communist ideology of Ho Chi Minh in Cambodia,Lao,and Thai was in 1929.The ideological communists in Cambodia called themselve,"Khmer Viet Minh";Thai called,"Thai Deng Viet" Thai Deng means Thai Red, later called Red Shirts;Lao called,"Lao Deng". The Ho Chi minh ideology spread out all over in Cambodia since then(1929).In 1960 Sihanouk got involved with Ho Chi Minh up to 1970.This year(1970) was the evil year of Khmer people because Sihanouk called Viet troops to kill cambodians.Later in 1975-1979 Khmer Pol Pot and Khmer Viet Minh fought each other(Pol Pot leaning to China and Chea Sim,Heng Samrin Vietminh slave.Hun Xen is Khmer Rouge taking side to Vietcong.Now Khmer know" who were/are the Khmer killing field".The ones who were/are killing Khmer innocent people were/are Vietnamese.
The Cambodians must first vote the CPP out of power.
Do that first and solve other problems later.
For now, it is time for a new group of people to lead the country not the same useless group of people.
If they refuse to give up the power after losing the election, then it is a different problem, but for now it is time to vote them out. Give them zero vote and see what happens.
