As for me , I always got myself confused and thought LOK LY DIEP was in charge and a big boss of our KHMER REPUBLIC OUDOM NAVY-TO VONG SERENDY and a Top Gun KHMER REPUBLIC AIR FORCE GENERAL EA CHHONG or LOK PILOT KIM HONG of SANTA ANA , California .
