The Democracy Park, a twisted misnomer, will be inaugurated on 04 November following the completion of its construction. The park can only accommodate 200 demonstrators at a time. Talk about suppression and violation of freedom of assembly.

CPP and HS got so scared that they had to build a PARK. HS had come to his end of his rope. we dont see SR doing such thing, we dont' see other Khmer creating any monster like CPP.
It is not the park, it is the people's voices is louder then the park. It dose not matter what park or how much accommodation HS wants to max its capacity. Even for 10 people it will not matter.
