Cambodia is a Kingdom with a King who shall rule according to the Constitution and to the principles of liberal democracy and pluralism.

Nonethless, Cambodia has been made a country swaying in accordance with the strong tide of wind blowing around her, unlike some other small independent coutries in the world. Why? Some folks say it's because of the power of geo-politics of bigger countries surrounding. Yes, it may be, but I kind of think it's because of her leaders who have inconsistant political stance. Some of them are not patriotic enough to lead Cambodia to be a neutral independent coutry, as it's claimed to be!

A Constitution is useful and meaningful only if we all, rulers and the ruled adhere to and faithfully enforce it; otherwise, it is just a useless booklet with hollow words on it.
