Cambodia lost Khmer script in Thailand for so long,Chey Mongkol(Khmer Surin) help Khmer script to survive.Khmer script in Vietnam almost totally lost completely;Khmer script survive in the pagodas.When Khmer become one of three Federations,Vietnam govt will put into laws must use Vietnamese language as a second language. Khmer script totally lose without a doubt.
