King and State Presidium

The Monarchy of Cambodia (also referred to as the King of Cambodia) is the current Head of State of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The king's power is limited to a symbolic figurehead where people are to give love and respect

State Presidium or Head of the State of Democratic Kampuchea presided by former State Presidium KHIEV SAMPHAN had the same role and power as current King in Cambodia.

It is clear that the King has power in the constitution, but so this bull shit King even doesn't know what and where is his power.
Don't we see Article 7 stated, the King shall be inviolable. But he was forced to sign additional border treaty with VN. Thus, because of the monarchy this bull shit King even can not protect his lawful rights. He and his entourages like Ranaridh are living to destroy Cambodian budget.

We hope to anticipate more discussion in articles 8 and 9 as they are more crucial reflecting on social events and duty of care that the king has to fullfil.
