This Sear Kosal is not the Son of Dr. Pung Kim Sea of Battambang, This one, his father name Sear Nam CPP's Party leader in Siam Reap.
And Sok Savoeun is former Chhun Yasith's Treasury and later on joined Hun Sen and become secret agent #4 for Hok Longdy in the USA I also know #3 and #5 in New York.
