why the cops sprinkling water onto the stampede which is the eklectricity wire can easily kill people. Are the cops received any instruction of killing people and is a plan of someone to do so?????

Innocent people especially the youth wanted to join happily during the national festival, but the plan to kill them arose from someone who has ready organised for the illiterated and silly cops to conduct. This is the illiterated government.

Dear Khmer compatriot brothers and sisters,
I fill very sorry for the incident at Koh Pich that Khmer have been suffering again and again; I wish Khmer stop having the tragedies like this from now on. However, what I can see, if Yourn are still behind Hun Sen government, used Hun Sen ‘s hands to help killing Khmer in many different ways like that, Khmer never stop being suffered. This happening, at Koh Pich, is not the final tragedy for Khmer citizen. I do not believe that it is a real accident disaster; it has to have somebody plan to work on it to kill Khmer citizen for weakening us. If my view is correct, you will see Khmer will have a lot more tragedies than this in the near future. Therefore in order to stop something happen like this is to Pull Hun Sen and his clans out of the government (it does not meter how we do it) and change its structure and policies.

My condolences go to all the families of the victims. It is a horrible accident that saddened all of us in Cambodia and in the Diaspora. Unfortunately, we should expect that there are people or group of people who want to make the maximum profit from it. Cambodians will remember their uncivilized behaviour! This kind of accident has happened elsewhere in this world. Should we mention the one in Germany recently? Some were even more tragic than the Koh Pich Bridge tragedy. It is in human nature when panicking. Here what happened in the City of Mecca in 1990:
“About 1,400 Moslem pilgrims were trampled to death or died of suffocation today in a stampede in a pedestrian tunnel leading into the Islamic holy city of Mecca, witnesses and diplomats here said. They said the stampede apparently began when hundreds of pilgrims stopped in the middle of the 500-yard-long air-conditioned tunnel to escape the 112-degree heat outside and were caught in the crush of hundreds of others pushing to get in. Some witnesses said also that the tunnel ventilation appeared to have stopped. More than 18 hours after the disaster, Saudi officials had not given a death count.”

9:45 pm, November 23, 2010 at Koh Pich was a MAJOR DISASTER that was waiting for happen in a result of an INCOMPENTENT officials and inexperience developer, Oversea Cambodian Investment Company, in charge of the event.
Since this is a city level responsibility, I believe we should be looking at the Phnom Penh Mayor and the police chief. What kind of planning or training these two individuals has for these jobs, Mayor and Police Chief?
The PM must force these two INCOMPETENT officials to resign or he will continue to have more National Disasters in the near future.
This is time to clean INCOMPETETN officials and replace them with qualified non-bias officials.
I am not surprise if the major law sue is a making in suing the owner of the bridge and the island resort, Koh Pich. If so, let it be, Koh Pich developer has the wealth to cover this landmark law sue.
Mr. Prime Minister, you need to start cleaning your house now before more disaster happen at your door steps. Your INCOMPENTENT officials must go!
