CUT the CHAIN.
The simple solution to prevent the 347 deaths is to CUT the chain (or metal rope) at the end of the bridge. People were pushing each other against the chain (which was placed there to prevent motor-cycles from crossing the bridge) and got stuck against the chain.
The simple thing to do is to cut the chain and that would allow people to move freely again.

I dont think Hun Sen should quit because he is so good at acting. I saw a real tears came from his eyes. In front of the world medias he can produce his tears at will. Thats emazing! He is the best Khmer movie actor I ever saw. However, when he play a bad guy role, he executed a real killing and no single tear drop. When Piset Pelika, Tun Bunly, Ho Sok and a 1997 grenade attack on a peaceful demonstration not a single of his tear droped. Thats emazing as well! It is rear to find such fine actor. Therefore, I dont think he should quit his prime minister post at all. I support and look forward for his future acting. Thank you God almighty for giving humanity such a rare and fine quality man.

Just look at the case of South Korean leader, Kim Tae young who resigned yesterday for he is criticized by people after the N.Korean attack which led to 4 people dead.
