All these crimes are enough evidences for International Prosecution.
I ask all khmer to file International lawsuit against Hun Sen for his "Axis of Evil" on Khmer People. And make The CASE "OO4" for KRT. backed by United Nation.

If people could not help themselves from being tramp to death or whatever mean death came to them; How can they be of a help to you when you pray for their help from the after life? All is senseless and vain. But people can pray to the One who holds life and death in his hands.

This is not stampede, but electrocuted by incompetent electrician. When the government decorated the bridge with the lights, they did not use weather proof box and GFI outlet with good ground. So when the stupid Hun Sen cops used water canon to move people, the water seeped into the electrical line. That caused the current flowing through the water and electrocuted people.
If it stampeded by people, why the people sticked on one and other and couldn't release themselves. Why people died a lot? Stampede won't make that many deaths.
Remove Hun Sen and his croonies.
