This week's Water Festival tragedy in Cambodia has shocked and saddened us all.
Our friends at Strey Khmer in Phnom Penh have been part of the relief effort - working without pause, caring for the injured, comforting and reuniting grief-stricken survivors, providing food and shelter.

Who are these people/fund raisers? What are they going to do with money? How will they distribute the money? How are they held accountable for the money?

This tragedy is not an accident my friend, it is totally an act of murder. Just look at what are those stupid HunSin policemen doing? Their jobs are protecting us from harm, but these animals policemen are sooo fucking good at attacking the innocence Khmers.
