LONG BEACH -- Members of the Cambodian American Business Association and other civic organizations will be holding a memorial Saturday at MacArthur Park, 1321 E. Anaheim St. from noon to 4 p.m. for the victims in this week's tragedy at the Water Festival in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
A candlelight vigil will follow from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Members of the groups will be collecting donations for families of the 347 victims who died when crowds panicked and stampeded at a riverside celebration.

First time, I feel very happy, that the Khmer brother & Sisters around the world love and support each other.
This tragedy gave us a clear mission & symbol of United of all Khmer descents "Khmer Krom, Khmer Surin, Oversea Khmer and of course Khmer in Cambodia."

4. Minster of HEalth -- Should be the Deputy Prime Minister
5. NHET SAVOEUN -- SHOULD BE Minster of Interior
6. TOUCH NAROT Should be National Police Chiefs
7. KEO CHUTIMA or KE0 CHU MA.. should be Deputy Prime Minister..
8. Hun Mana--which also look after the Military Police should be Cambodia Chief of Staffs
SO many long lists to be promotes for this event and tragic.
