More than 1,100 Cambodian students have been received by Vietnamese educational institutions since 2006, according to a conference held in Hanoi on December 17 to review training cooperation between Vietnam and Cambodia from 2006 to 2010.
About 600 Cambodian students are present in Vietnam each year. Most of them take courses in medicine, pharmacy, agriculture, economics, architecture, and technology.
Addressing the conference, the Cambodian Ambassador to Vietnam, Hul Phany, said the Vietnamese State also undertakes many programmes to assist Cambodia in training its human resources.
Mr Phany said the Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training helped his country build a college, a hostel accommodating 150 students, and six classrooms for a high school. He added that the ministry is going to build another college and a 150-student dormitory in Mondulkiri province.
Vietnamese Deputy Minister of Education and Training Bui Van Ga said the knowledge that Cambodian students acquired in Vietnam has proved highly effective in boosting Cambodia’s socio-economic growth.
Mr Ga added that in the time to come, Vietnam will encourage Cambodian students to come to Vietnam for self-funded study or to receive training on contracts.
Meanwhile, under a bilateral agreement, each year the Cambodian Government provides 10-15 tertiary education scholarships and about 20 two-year Khmer-language courses for Vietnamese cadres and students to study in Cambodia.

=IF what you said is so true but when MP from SRP showed at the Cambodian-Viet borders and they witness only the Cambodian farmers crying and complaining about Vietnamese government took over their land. Tell me how come there are no Vietnamese farmers crying and complaining about losing their land? If the Vietnamese farmer lost their land and the MP from SRP want to see that too! Why the Vietnamese military thugs prevent them?
Now...I don't know what you mean by "technical measurement" but the measurement can be done variety of ways such as from the ground, airplane, and satellite.
The art of measurement can be traced back to over 3000 years ago! The USA put the man on the moon and the space technology was to measure and map the moon in 1960! Now in the 21 century and there GPS to verify the location and the accuracy of GPS is incredible and the error about 30 meter!
Why there are large numbers of Cambodian villages disappear along the Cambodia-Viet border? This is about displacing the whole Cambodian villages by the Vietnamese military thugs!

Cambodian students should go to the West and China, Japan, Europe, and maybe Thailand (I am not sure about that country Thailand, they are up to no good and may miseducate Cambodian students). However, definitely not Vietnam, this country of the criminal landstealing YUON thieves since the 17th century - until now (2010)

We should send Khmer students to Vietnam to learn stealing techniques so we could use them to steal back KK.
If they go to Japan, Europe, etc, they only learn to colonize other weak people like what these countries used to do to Cambodia.

These students have no choices or have their choices.
