Hoon Xen blamed the crowd themselves for Koh Pich tragedy?

What a Prime Minister we have!

Yesterday Hoon Xen had clearly said that no one to be blamed and punished from stampede accident that occurred on Monday last week in the country. In other word, he blamed the crowd themselves for this tragedy.

With this, he proves us right that his tear is a crocodile tear.

Our people and country deserve to have a better PM. He is not worth to lead us and our nation for he is just a Hanoi´s slave.

I hope you will act like a real strong man and RESIGN Mr. Hoon Xen!

Concerning Koh Pich’ tragedy, there is NO one fault, I repeat ‘There is NO ones’ fault’. There were hundred thousand of people were really growd on the bridge. AGAIN, THERE IS NO ONE’S FAULT. DO NOT PUT THE BLAM TO THE GOVERNMENT AND OTHERS.

If there is no Koh Pich brigde,no tragedy no dead!

All Khmer abroad and in Cambodia should know.

Once more, there were no one’s fault, there’s no one to put the blame on, because there were so crowd, thousands of people on the bridge. I, police officer and my staff couldn’t control the crowd. Some people so stubborn did not listening to the police give direction. I would not blame to anybody. This was just a tremendous incident. I hope all Khmer abroad and in Cambodia would understand this incident.

from this unforeseen or unexpected tragedy, cambodia should instill a new culture of accountability in everybody, especially leadership. and people should be educated to observe the maximum capacity of all structures e.g. bridges, buildings, public gathering places, etc, etc, and gov't must required they have exit strategy and police enforcement should make sure it doesn't get overcrowded beyond capacity. yes, it's a lesson for all of us in cambodia and maybe the world as well, i think. yes, overcrowding has a potential to kill in the form of stampede, ok!

everything that going on or gone wrong in cambodia is everyone's responsibility, from top to bottom. yes, everyone must be proactive in order to make society a better place for us all! blaming is a sign of weakness; we cannot afford that in a competitive world, you know!

it is obvious, Hun Sen/Gov. is to blamed.
Foresee, management, planning but it was poorly managed and extremely neglected by the Hun Sen/Gov.

Once again Hun Sen denied any wrong doing on the part of the gis Gov.

From different news source
Koh Pich security guard dies mysteriously

A security guard working at the Koh Pich Bridge on the night of the stampede which killed 347 people has died mysteriously upon returning home 5 days after the stampede.

40 year-old Tep Virak, died at 1 a.m on the morning of Friday 27th when he returned home 5 days after he finished his shift on the night of the stampede. His wife, 30 year-old Oeur Chanthou, said since finishing his shift at Koh Pich on the night of the stampede on Monday the 22nd November, her husband did not return home. He just returned home on Thursday night 26th November, but died mysteriously early Friday morning.

Oeur Chanthou said after finishing his dinner, her husband played with their 23 day-old daughter for a short time and went to sleep. At around midnight, she noticed that he snores so loud, so she woke up and touched his body and felt that his body is very cold. She massaged him for a few minutes and he stopped snoring and stopped breathing. She took him to the hospital, but the doctor told her that her husband had already died.

People are wondering why he was prevented from returning home straight away when he finished his shift on the night of the stampede. With accusations that there might be a cover up of the real cause of the stampede, people are wondering if he was deliberately prevented from leaving the site because he might have some information about the cause of the stampede. Was he poisoned just before he returned home to prevent him from revealing the truth?

the living needs counseling, it's good to honor the deads, but please don't forget the livings, too, ok! there are counseling services in cambodia? if not, they should establish one in every hospital across the country, you know! that way, people can get help to talk across issues and mental coping, etc they may have. hey, in the western society they have this kind of service to help people all the time, so should cambodia, ok! wake up, please! this is not the dark ages, ok!

TO 1:57AM,

First, please ask Hun Xen, Touch Naroth, Kep Chutema, etc. what they have done which led to this tragedy before you ask me where I was on that night.

It sounds better of you to latter expressed your view, however you can't put plainly as a noone fault incident. There is no logic in this statement for which that could lead to many negative perception on RGC.It is not just cambodians oversea and in cambodia, international community feels alike.

As it has been said,it is not a natural disaster but human one,in order to provide safety of many aspects to cambodians. And unfortunately that is the role of governing.

Critical thinking, planning of many unforseen events could likely to incur.
It is not for trial and error. taken lightly.

Overcoming undesirable outcomes and success, please keep your mind open and be prepared to learn more skills.

It is not an easy task to be public servants of all ranking, but not our people oppressor.

It is good to see you toning down in order to helping cambodians, and for that cause we all are concerned.

Hun Sen has more Crimes than any other in Cambodia.
His Crimes Such as :

1)- Brought Yuon to Invade Cambodia.

2)- Created K-5 plan.

3)- Bombast in front of the old ASS.

4)- Coup D'etat 1997

5)- Koh Pich Murder

All these crimes are enough evidences for International Prosecution.

I ask all khmer to file International lawsuit against Hun Sen for his "Axis of Evil" on Khmer People. And make The CASE "OO4" for KRT. backed by United Nation.

Should this be left to the judicial system to investigate and coming up with a final verdict to what really went wrong? Why Hun Sen, the politician, came out with a final verdict of Koh Pich genocide? Is Hun Sen a judge as well? Is Hun Sen the Police as well? Is Hun Sen the law as well?

This verdict by dictator Hun Sen proves Hun Sen is the judge; Hun Sen is the lawyer; Hun Sen is the police; Hun Sen is the army; Hun Sen is the King and Princes, Hun Sen is the businessman; Hun Sen is the media; Hun Sen is human and drug trafficker; Hun Sen is the robber; Hun Sen is the terrorist; and Hun Sen is the assassin and the killer.

Why Hun Sen uphold yuon interests more than Khmer interests ?

Because yuon installed Hun Sen regime in 1979 because Lao and Cambodia are parts of Ho Chi Minh Indochina Federation to put Lao and Cambodia under yuon yoke.

didn't french put sihanouk on the throne then. and sihanouk didn't necessarily work for french interest then. so if youn put hun sen in cambodia, doesn't mean hun sen is stupid to work for viet/youn, you know! that was old-fashion thinking and is outdated a long time ago, ok! if khmer don't want viet/youn political influence in cambodia, then it's not going to happen, ok. so, it's up to khmer to decide in that case, you know! why keep being paranoid about viet/youn continue to steal from cambodia because this is not the dark ages, you know. they can only do that during the dark ages, but in this modern age, i doubt it! for one, cambodia and khmer people won't let them, and secondly, the world is not going to tolerate viet/youn stealing or colonizing cambodia like some sort of dark age era, ok! so think smartly by studying and looking around the world, ok! that's all! no more political attack on each other, ok!
