CEDAC, in cooperation with Prolinnova Cambodia (Promoting Local Innovation), is organizing a meeting with farmer researcher groups to promote local innovation and develop an experimentation plan for the up-coming dry season. The meeting is taking place from December 28-29, 2010 at CEDAC’s head office in Phnom Penh.

Yes! I said cambodians are chicken scare to death can't come and mess with our people at USA or Cambodia. Gutless are khmers.
