According to a trusted source from Chau Lang village, Triton district, An Giang province, around 1 pm, December 17, 2010, Mr. Chau Hen and His wife went back home after two years seeking for refugee status in Bangkok.
At 4 pm, the Vietnamese authority sent the polices to summon him to the local police station in the Chau Lang village and then transferred him to the police station in Tri Ton district. At this time, his family does not know whereabouts he is.
Mr. Chau Hen used to lead the peaceful demonstration in 2007 and 2008 to demand returning their confiscated farmlands. In April 2010, the Vietnamese polices used forces to arrest the Khmer-Krom farmers who demanded returning their farmlands. His wife was shot by the Vietnamese police in her leg. Mr. Chau Hen was fortunate to escape his village and fled to seek refugee status in Bangkok Thailand.

It looks like Cambodia and Vietnam are creating a ripe situation for terrorism to flourish. Where there are people who are oppressed, there will be elements who take their resistance to violence. Where there are a cause, there will be justification.
Vietnam's ambition, and Cambodia's conduct to abide by these acts against human rights, human aspirations, and human freedom, will ultimately destabilize this region.
The terrorism grown from Vietnam's greed and Cambodia's blind obedience might even surpass that of Hamas, as people get fed up by the millenium worth of illtreatment they will come to a boiling point.

Very dim future, Cambodia and Vietnam setting up right now. We have a chance to coexist and live peacefully with respect, yet Vietnam insist on domination and covert action. Those future prediction if they happen, will have no one but Hun Sen and Hanoi to blame. Their will be many bloodshed.

The American and U.N have a duty to protect mandkind and to prevent such state of degradation in human civilization. They should enforce fairness, justice, promotion of human rights, values and respect of international law in Vietnam and Cambodia.
How can the U.S not plainly see the terrorism is waiting to happen right before their eye? All over the world the U.S are turning a blind eye to dictators and human oppressors, and when situations become too unstable they come in to condemn. There is nothing condemnation can do at that time.
The time for action is Now Mr. Obama and Ban Ki Moon, we the world must act to promote human rights and respect of human aspirations in Cambodia and Vietnam before situations become irreparable.
